Although our workshops are not sexual in nature, we focus on teaching our students how to move sensually to reach within themselves. With our help, you will feel empowered, sexy, more fit, and confident than ever before! Studio 88 Pole Fitness has been in the business since 2009. We welcome all women to our studio who want to start a fun and exciting workout regardless of their shape, age, size, or experience. So far, the oldest lady to attend our sessions is 81 years young!

This class is designed to help women become more confident and comfortable in their own skin while exploring the art of pole dance. The class will focus on the use of body language and expression to create beautiful, fluid movement on and off the pole. Some prior experience with pole fitness is suggested, as students will be building upon their existing skills to develop a deeper understanding of the connection between body language and movement.

- This class is perfect for anyone who is new to pole fitness and wants to learn the basics in a safe and supportive environment. No experience is necessary – our expert instructors will guide you through every step of the way. In this class, you'll learn the fundamental techniques of pole fitness, including proper posture, hand grips, spins, and basic climbs. Our instructors will break down each move into easy-to-follow steps, so you can learn at your own pace and build up your confidence on the pole. This 4 week course is the perfect way to start your pole fitness journey. Wear comfortable workout clothes, and we recommend shorts to allow for better grip on the pole.Bring a water bottle and towel, and be prepared to have fun and learn something new

I had my birthday celebration at this location on Saturday, January 9th and my group of friends and I had entirely too much fun! This was my first and best experience that I could of ever had at a pole fitness studio. There were two instructors who assisted my party and I and they were amazing! The owner is amazing and so is her staff. Definitely will be there again!

Porchia is Amazing!. She made me feel at ease. I took a beginner intro to pole class and not only was it a refresher for me but she helped me work on my technique. I left her class having so much confidence that I decided to have her host my pole party for my birthday. Amazing studio!! Portia and the instructors are all so amazing!! There’s always positive energy here and I’ve had nothing but good experiences every time I go! I would highly recommend taking classes here for pole or just exercise. They have pole classes, cardio classes, and more! They also do events sometimes or challenges which makes things more interesting.
