Studio 88 Pole Fitness has been in the business since 2009. We welcome all women to our studio who want to start a fun and exciting workout regardless of their shape, age, size, or experience. So far, the oldest lady to attend our sessions is 81 years young!
Although our workshops are not sexual in nature, we focus on teaching our students how to move sensually to reach within themselves and follow their passion. With our help, you will feel empowered, sexy, fit, connected with your inner you and stronger than ever before.

We’re here to help you be physically fit and boost your confidence.Pole dancing enhances flexibility, movement, and mobility with age. This activity is a cardio workout that aids blood flow, strengthens the back, and helps develop abs.
A toned and fit body enables easier childbirth. This is why moms who do this activity have no trouble maintaining a slim figure. Pole dancing is a cardiovascular exercise combined that encourages fast calorie burning.
A great deal of strength is required to do pole dancing but you dont have to be strong to start! This activity also promotes high self-esteem. All of our classes are geared towards beginners and all fitness levels are welcome!

- We suggest that you bring your own towel and mat. We will have mats available for sale.
- No outside shoes will be allowed on the studio floor.
- You must check in at the front desk to sign in for the class and to sanitize your hands.
- Please refrain from bringing extra clothes and bags to classes.
- You are allowed to enter the studio 10 minutes before your scheduled class time.
- You must register for class using our app.
